Frequently Asked Questions

I know - making an online purchase from an Artist you don't know can be nerve wracking. I want to alleviate those concerns.

Call (703) 509-3032 Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm. If I don't pick up, leave a message and I'll call you back.

How long does it take for my order to ship and when will I receive it?

Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, either from my studio in Indiana, or from a fine art printer in Kentucky (for large sizes and framed prints). A tracking number is always provided.

What are the prints made of?

Each print is made with pigment inks on slightly textured archival cotton fine art paper. Prints are produced with as close of a color match to the original as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen color settings.

What are the frames made of?

Each Made-in-the-USA frame is made of 100% oak wood, in either a natural, walnut, black or white finish. They include crystal-clear tempered glass that is 1-2mm thick. The backs of the frame have sawtooth hangers, for either vertical or horizontal hanging. The frame backs also have turnbuttons, which allow you to easily secure and replace the artwork. Sizes 5x7, 8x8 and 8x10 include an easel back, for displaying on a tabletop. The art print comes already secured inside the frame, which is fully assembled and ready to hang (nail included)! Mats are generally not included, but if you'd like to purchase a framed print with a mat, please send me a message and I can arrange for that.

Do you accept returns?

Every print is made to order for you, so I am unable to offer exchanges and returns.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
